If you need to reach out for help...

We're passionate about people getting the help they need. So if you've realised you need help in some particular area of your life, please consider contacting any of the following services to find the help you need.
There are so many good people just waiting to help someone like you, whatever you're facing.
Obviously, as we're based in the UK, we're more familiar with the services based here, but we've tried to add some international providers of help as well. Don't forget that even a Google search for the help you need can provide you with someone to contact in your own country.
